Matt, the raw food dude, shares with us his easy recipe for raw persimmons pudding. You’ll love the natural sweet flavors this dish has.

Ingredient:
3 super ripe persimmons
1 ripe banana
Dash cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg

Utensils:
Blender

Preparations:
Peel the banana and take the tops off the persimmon, than place in blender with a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend for a 20 seconds.

Try topping this pudding with bananas, raisins or dates. It is naturally sweet and 100% good for you. Next time your children want pudding make this easy recipe with them. Also this makes for a great desert at your Holiday gatherings. Enjoy!
