Thought you said goodbye to popcorn forever on a raw vegan diet? I have great news you still can have your favorite snack. With some creativity and a head of cauliflower the magic will happen. Here is a fantastic raw alliterative to cooked popcorn using fresh vegetables.
Dara shares with us her take one raw popcorn. It’s so worth trying even if you are not on a raw vegan diet. Serve to your hungry holiday guests this year.
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons nutritional yest
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large head of cauliflower
Large serving bowl
Mix together water,nutritional yest, garlic, turmeric, salt, olive oil in mixing bowl. Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces pore mixture over cauliflower and mix well.
Thankfully folks enjoys eating healthy. I like to serve healthy snacks at my parties. People really like the extra time and effort I put into my dishes and it makes for an over all good experience. Try this at your next gathering or make a big bowl
to share with your kids for a movie night at home.
