Raw Pumpkin Hummus Recipe
1 cup raw cubed pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon fresh graded ginger
Juice from 1/2 large lemon
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup water
Pinch of salt
dash of pepper
Mix all ingredients in food processor, mixture should be creamy.
So easy and best of all my son loves it. I absolutely love pumpkin and I am always looking for more ways to add it into our diets.
