For all you past/current pizza lovers out there, I understand it can be an obsession. Most people have certain foods they cling to that they feel they could never go without. Good news:You don’t have to go without! You can eat raw vegan pizza!!!
Megan Elizabeth, with her endless enthusiasm for raw food creativity, brings us a fresh & low-fat recipe for Raw Vegan Pizza.
Her fans asked for pizza, and she’s delivering (pun intended). 😉

Raw Vegan Pizza Recipe
- 2 tbs cashews
- 2 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1 tbs rosemary
- 1 tbs thyme
- 3-4 leaves of basil
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 2 green onions (scallions)
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- chopped arugula
- 1 zucchini
Blend cashews and hemp seed into fine powder.
In high speed blender, combine all remaining ingredients excluding the arugula and zucchini. Blend until gloriously flavorful tomato sauce has formed to your satisfaction.
Crust- Slice zucchini length-wise into thin slices. (Will need about 4)
1) Scoop and spread tomato sauce onto zucchini crust.
2) Cover layer of sauce with a generous sprinkle of the “super delicious” cheesy topping.
3) Follow with a layer of fresh arugula and thyme. MMM its pizza time!
★BONUS: Get creative! Layer on additional toppings of tomatoes, mushrooms and other fresh veggies
for full deliciousness. Or create a Hawaiian Fruitarian pizza complete with strawberries and pineapple.★
