Raw Vegan Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients:
The water from 2 young sweet coconuts
Meat from 1 coconut
2 persimmons
20 fresh wet pitted dates
Pinch of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Utensils:
Vita mix blender

Preparation:
Add coconut water, persimmons, dates, coconut meat, cinnamon and nutmeg into blender. Blend until smooth.

Before I become raw vegan I loved eggnog. With this recipeĀ  I still can enjoy my favorite drink around the holiday season. I plan on serving this eggnog to my family at Christmas dinner this year.
