The weather is starting to get a little colder. If you are anything like me sticking to a raw vegan diet can be very challenging in the fall and winter months. With a few helpful recipes like this Butternut Squash Soup. I am sure you will do just fine. This is a very simple, low fat, delicious, raw soup. You’ll love it.
No need to to slave over a hot stove. Dr. Anastasia shows us how to make this tasty soup in her blender.
2 cups peeled and cubed butternut squash
1/4 cup parsley
1 or 2 cups warm water
1/4 of a peeled onion
Pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic
1 inch of fresh ginger
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of curry
Pinch of cyan pepper
1/4 cup olive oil (optional)
Place all ingredients into blender. Mix well.
Try adding some of your favorite herd and spices to this soap recipe. Like rosemary and thyme I.will be serving this soup at my Thanksgiving dinner.
