Save the best for last. Yeah right this scrumptious Persimmon Pie must come first. It is absolutely divine creation on a pie plant. You’ll wanna eat the whole thing before the main course this Thanksgiving. The best part it its raw, healthy,low fat and oh so delicious.

Fully Raw Persimmon Pie
2 cups of rains
1/2 a pound of fresh pitted dates
4 ripe persimmons
2 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons dried coconut
Blender or food processor
Pie crust- mix together raisins dates and 2 tablespoons dried coconut in your blender. Spread evenly over the bottom of you pie plate.
Pie filling- squeeze the insides of the persimmon on top of pie crust.
Pie topping- sprinkle dried coconut over top, place sliced bananas evenly over filling.
Can pie get easier then this? I honestly don’t think so.
