And this was the conception of this Banana Celery Green Smoothie recipe that I’m sharing with you today.
I really enjoy preparing and drinking this recipe 3 to 4 days a week. Bananas have a great impact on my mood and when mixed with celery just make me very alert and anchored in the present moment.

Banana Celery Green Smoothie Recipe
1 bunch celery
400 ml water
Blend everything for 2 to 3 minutes,
Until you see a homogeneous green color
