None knows the exact details of what really happened last year when Ashton Kutcher felt sick and had to be taken to the hospital after eating a fruit diet, but my best guess is that he didn’t follow Food Combining Rules!
Even if you are eating the best raw food diet, you still need to apply Food Combining Rules, otherwise you may feel sick after eating, as Robert Kornacki, from FruitPhile.com explains in the following interview.
One example that Robert mentions is when one of his Mother’s friends took bananas, watermelon, and a salad to work with her and she ended up feeling bloated, lethargic, and gassy. And, as you may already have imagined, she felt really discouraged and stop trying to go after a raw food diet.
It’s really sad when something like that happens, especially because the solution would have been very easy: don’t mix bananas and watermelon in the same meal!
If you choose to eat mono-meals with only one fruit of vegetable your stomach is fine and can handle the specific digesting process needed for that food you are eating. But the more ingredients you use in your recipe the riskier it becomes to have a bad food combination that may make you feel sick after eating.
And the reality is that there are lots of fruits and veggies and many food combining rules to follow, so it can become really tough to decide which combinations work or not.
You could get a food combining chart, put it on your fridge and check it every time you are preparing a new recipe, but the combinations of foods are endless and their digestion speeds vary so much!
That’s the reason Robert Kornacki is launching the Food Combining Quick Check App to help you to easily check if the combination that you chose is proper or not.
Take a look at the Food Combining Quick Check App here.
I really love to see a very young guy like Robert Kornacki, who previously had TheRawTeen.com blog, dedicate his time, efforts and talent to help other people improve their health.
I’m already using my Food Combining Quick Check App! Hope it can help you as much as it’s helping me!
But speaking again about Ashton Kutcher‘s experience with the fruit diet, do you agree with me that he would have succeeded just following Food Combining Rules?
